Tour's Program

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Take the orientation walk around the center of the city.

In the afternoon, safely sit tight on the bike, our local guide will kindly take you through the maze of Saigon to seek for the real authentic local food. Some you may not even find in your handbook! Vietnamese street food is incredibly diverse and it is literally everywhere, but our guides know exactly where the good and authentic ones are because they, themselves, are also eaters. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.

Enjoy a full day to tour Saigon’s diverse attractions. Start with a visit to Saigon’s China Town and browse through the amazing array of goods at Ben Thanh Market. Stop for lunch then continue on the city tour with a visit to the War Remnants Museum, learn about Vietnam’s recent history at Reunification Palace, visit the nearby neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral and the City's Centre Post Office before passing by the ornate Opera Theatre and the City Hall. End your day with a sumptuous dinner as you cruise out into Saigon River, accompanied by live entertainment, while floating past Ho Chi Minh City’s enchanting night-time cityscape. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.
This morning we have a cooking class with Vietnam Cookery Center.
An accompanied tour to the spectacular Ben Thanh market 1 hour before the class.
During the market visit we will describe the classic Vietnamese produce, from fruit and vegetables, to meats and seafood. You will learn how to recognize the different Vietnamese ingredients and be guided in their application.
Back to Vietnam Cookery Center. Continue by a hands-on initiation to the Vietnamese Cuisine Art, giving you the opportunity not only to learn how to cook them and reproduce them once you return to your home country, but also to taste our delicious dishes.
Enjoy food self-prepared and by the restaurant.

After indulging in your creations, visit Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground labyrinth of passageways, used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War (or “American War” as it’s referred to here) as protection against American air raids. Those inclined are invited to crawl through selections of the tunnels to better understand what life was like for the Vietnamese soldiers during wartime. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.
Travel about two hours south of Ho Chi Minh City to Ben Tre, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Then enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste the delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantation and village. Your driver will then take you to Can Tho City for the night.
After breakfast at hotel, embark for a boat trip to visit Cai Rang floating market where local people wholesale all product of Mekong Delta. It will be great chance for taking part to the local activities and taking pictures. Then continue by boat to visit the local bustling inland market before visiting Rice processing factory.
